Our project directly addresses two areas that need immediate attention 1. To attract, engage, retain, and advance nontraditional, financially and/or linguistically disadvantaged, and first-generation college students in STEM studies. 2. To develop and launch a cutting-edge model of Intentional Learning Community (ILC) that puts first personal goals, career success, and high linguistic competencies. 3. To present our ICL model as replicable and ready for progress and expansion.
